Gong & Stretch: Gentle Yoga & Sound Bath

Unwind as you receive the soothing vibrations of sound.

Relax as you are guided through a Gentle Yoga practice (40 min) with Michelle & then be immersed in a unique sound bath experience (45 min) led by Reverb Yoga.
