We flow through this dynamic Vinyasa class guided by the connection with the breath and dedicating each round of movement to a different "category" of people, from one we hold dear to one with whom there might be a struggle and several others along the way, bestowing blessings on each and lifting up our movement in dedication.
Metta is a traditional Buddhist practice often called "loving kindness meditation" and the first of the Brama Viharas, the four immeasurable of the Buddhist practice.
