Yoga as Rehab - A 300hr RYS teacher training module

In this module Trainees will learn to identify common injuries and be able to implement a yoga routine for their clients that will be therapeutic, effective and promote healing.

Tuesday 11/27 12:30-3:30pm with Michelle Briks

Friday 11/30 11:30am-3:30pm with Michelle Briks

Saturday 12/1 10am-6:30pm with Lara Heimann
