WORKSHOP: Recalibrate & Manage Stress with Meditation

Join Karen N. for this FREE intro workshop!

Your subconscious mind lives in your body. Your subconscious mind is also the place where aspects of your personality reside. As such, a number of illnesses, imbalances or disease states arises when we repeat unconscious mental patterns which live in the body. Using mindfulness techniques, develop awareness of the mind in the body and how to stay open to the direct experiences within. Learn to relate to yourself and bodily sensations in a gentle way, while staying present to what arises, including the filters that the mind layers on top of each experience. Discover the power to free yourself or relate to yourself in a neutral way that reduces stress created by the mind around the body.
